Benefits of Peaches, aka Peaches for Baby Food

There are many types of fruit that can be used as baby food or complementary foods for breastfeeding (MPASI). But when choosing it, you need to be careful because there are also fruits that should not be given before the baby is 1 year old.

One of the fruits that you might want to make into baby food is peaches. Peach fruit does contain many good benefits for health. Call it, fiber, calcium, vitamin C, choline, vitamin A, vitamin E, vitamin K, vitamin B, high in folic acid and phosphorus. The abundant potassium content in peaches is very good for the blood circulation system in babies.

If your baby is allergic to apples, cherries, apricots, or almonds, walnuts, and hazelnuts, chances are that when he eats peaches he will cause the same allergic reaction, because they all come from the same plant species.
