Irregular eating will make the hormones in your body become unbalanced because when you skip breakfast/lunch/dinner, the hormone cortisol will increase and can cause an increase in body weight.

3. Weight gain

If you eat irregularly, this will increase the risk of obesity. Obesity is a very high accumulation of fat in the body so that it makes the body weight outside the ideal body limits. Studies conducted by Northwestern University have found that eating at irregular times can affect weight gain or cause obesity. Usually, a stomach upset occurs due to gastric disease, gastric acid reflux, peptic ulcers, gastric infections, etc. In fact, when you skip meals or leave your stomach empty, then eat after an empty stomach for a long time, this can create a sensation of bloating and excess gas accompanied by abdominal pain.

6. Accustomed to skip meals

Apparently, irregular eating can become a habit if done repeatedly. Therefore, you are strongly discouraged from skipping meals because skipping meals is not good for your health.
